third_party: remove uWSGI It's not being used outside of personal/q3k for now, and it's really fucking up the build system. Change-Id: Ie8f3e59e40e8be8ef3ec32118a591da2274e398c

is the main monorepo of the Warsaw Hackerspace infrastructure code.
Any time you see a //path/like/this
, it refers to the root of hscloud, ie. the path path/like/this
in this repository. Perforce and/or Bazel users should feel right at home.
